Aim
- To equip participants with the skills to respond quickly and effectively in medical emergencies
To increase confidence in performing CPR and using an AED
To promote a culture of safety and preparedness in the workplace
Contents
- Scene assessment and personal safety
Basic life support (CPR for adults, children, and infants)
Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
First aid for choking, bleeding, shock, fractures, burns, and other common injuries
Infection control and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Emotional support and communication with victims
Duration
- Typically 4 to 6 hours, depending on the course level and group size
Validity
- Certification is valid for 2 years from the date of completion

- No prior certification required
